Each year the LYRA Executive Committee works in conjunction with an existing Jr. Regatta for the purpose of holding the LYRA Jr. Regatta. The Jr. Regatta moves between U.S. and Canadian clubs on an alternating basis.
The 2010 LYRA Jr. Regatta will be held inconjunction with the "Centrals Regatta" (the Centrals New York Sailing Association)
We are pleased to announce that the Sodus Bay Junior Sailing Association and the Sodus Bay Yacht Club have agreed to co-host the 2010 Centrals Regatta on Great Sodus Bay. Centrals will be held on Saturday July 10th and 11th. The venue will be as follows:
Friday Evening July 9th - Pre-Registration
Saturday July 10th - One Day Opti Regatta, all Opti levels welcome.
Saturday July 10th - 11th Races for Laser, Jr. Laser, Master Laser
All other classes and divisions are welcome, Lightning, Ideal 18, 420, Snipe. ect.
Sunday July 11th - Racing continues with afternoon awards.
